We at Absolute Catering love what we do.  Our #1 priority is our quality of food and service and we’ll make sure that your overall experience is spectacular. We only use the best fish, meats, produce, spices and herbs to ensure that every bite is impeccable.  The majority of our business is referred to us from a previous client.

Paul Stanislaw
Executive Chef

Paul is the executive chef for Absolute Catering and is always stirring up something new in the kitchen.  He graduated the Culinary Institute of America in New York.  Some of his understudy work was done at Sweet Basil in Vail, Co. and Juniper in Edwards, Co.  He also attended classes in wine education in Napa Valley, California.  During his studies Paul worked for a prestigious catering company in New York. His culinary talents are extensive and range from Classic French to Asian Fusion.  Paul personally created many of the items on our menu.

Justin Stanislaw
General Manager

Justin is the General Manager for Absolute Catering.  He attended Baylor University in Texas and graduated from the esteemed Hankamer Business School with a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.  During his studies Justin interned with Loews Hotels and Hard Rock.  With many years experience in catering, event planning, bar services and management, Justin heads the front of the house operations.
