Catering
Here are some of the delicious dishes that we offer.  If you have a specific dish that you would like to be served just let us know.   We also have themed menus and menus sorted by type of cuisine.  Whether you’re looking for just hors d’ oeuvres or a seven course meal let us know and we can give you some recommendations.  Have a particular wine that you love?  We can make a dish that will complement it perfectly.

Here at Absolute Catering we only use the freshest and finest ingredients available.  Our fish comes from the same mongerer that delivers to Moonfish, Vito’s, and Fishbones.  We have a friend in California that ships us artisan cheeses from Europe and North America.  All produce is bought fresh, and our spices come from a local specialty spice merchant.  We have our own garden that supplies us with all the herbs we use, so you know that they are the freshest that you can possibly get!
