Servers           
All of our servers are very friendly and outgoing, well groomed, experienced and professional.  Our servers are incredibly versatile and can perform duties that cater to your particular event.  Including full dinner service, passing hors d’ oeuvres, plating, buffet attendants, clean-up and more.

Bartenders
Every bartender employed by Absolute has worked in a high volume bar service environment and can handle anything from a casual party to a large wedding reception.  We have everything covered from full liquor service, extensive wine knowledge and etiquette, mixed drinks and shots, frozen and specialty beverages, trendy martinis, or even a custom drink for your particular event.

Personal Chef
One of our specialties!  Personal chefs are a unique experience that requires no effort on your part other than choosing what you want to serve for the meal.  We will purchase all the ingredients, prepare, cook, and serve all the food, and even clean up afterwards.  It’s perfect for entertaining parties from 2 to 20 in your own home.  We’ll even pair wine with your meal if you like and the chef will give a brief description of the dish to your guests before every course.  Everyone likes to be pampered! Personal chef dinners also make a great and unique gift.  

Miscellaneous
Other services offered include bouncers, bar-backs, station attendants, security, DJ’s, karaoke, steel drum band, moonwalks, trivia and more!
